He has successfully represented clients before the License Appeal Tribunal, Superior Court of Justice, Social Security Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, Sunish takes particular pride in ensuring access to justice for diverse ethnic communities across the Greater Toronto Area.

Community and Philanthropy

Since 2021, Sunish has been actively involved in philanthropic initiatives aimed at supporting underprivileged communities. Initially, he began independently serving 500 meals per week to individuals outside a government hospital in India. By 2022, this effort expanded significantly to 1,500 meals per week.

In addition to the meal service, Sunish initiated a winter blanket campaign in 2021, personally delivering blankets to homeless individuals sleeping on the streets in Punjab and Haryana, India.

In 2023, Sunish continued his commitment independently, providing approximately 78,000 meals to underprivileged individuals outside the same government hospital in India. During this year, with generous donor support, he also coordinated the donation of over 1,000 meals to homeless shelters in Mississauga, Ontario.

In 2024, Sunish independently maintained his efforts by once again providing approximately 78,000 meals at the government hospital in India. Furthermore, he sponsored the education, school uniforms, transportation, and daily meals for 75 underprivileged children.

In 2025, thanks to increased donor involvement, Sunish expanded the ongoing meal program in India from 1,500 meals per week to 2,000 meals per week as of May 2025. Additionally, in January 2025, Sunish, together with his donors, successfully distributed 3,100 blankets to homeless individuals in Punjab and Haryana. He aims to further increase sponsorship to support 100 underprivileged children by the end of the year.

Sunish's charitable initiatives are undertaken through his non-profit organization, Seva Supply, inspired by the Sanskrit principle of Seva ("selfless service"), which is currently in the process of registration as a charity with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Sunish's deep commitment to compassion, dignity, and community service profoundly shapes both his professional practice and personal endeavors.
